Jessica Henderson

Jessica’s legal career has included pre-admission corporate and finance experience in London firms Clifford Chance, Stephenson Harwood and Clyde & Co, and practical legal training in Freehills, Perth. She has a strong academic background in history and international legal theory, and has tutored in Administrative Law at the University of Western Australia.

Jessica has a particular interest in the aviation industry, and its legal and regulatory framework (including international legal instruments and agreements). She has experience in aviation finance (Cape Town Convention and PPSR), aircraft maintenance disputes, personal injury, and airport construction law disputes.

Jessica has appeared in the Supreme Court, District Court, Family Court of WA, Magistrates Courts (Perth and regional), and the SAT. She welcomes briefs in the regional Courts of Western Australia.
