Barristers’ Costs under the LPA
Requirements under the Legal Profession Act 2008 and the Legal Profession Regulations 2009 in relation to costs disclosure must be complied with from 1 July 2009.

Form 1: Retainer Agreement for Instructions from a Law Practice
Form 2: Retainer Agreement for Instructions from In-house Counsel where Exception to Requirement for Disclosure Applies (see s263(2)(c) of the Legal Profession Act 2008)
Form 3: Initial Disclosure to Law Practice (see s261(2) of the Legal Profession Act 2008)
Form 4: Confirmation of Instructions that Law Practice is not Required to Provide Disclosure under s260 (s263(2)(c)
