Briefing Barristers

Barristers are often selected by recommendation, specific areas of expertise or by reputation. Alternatively those who are not familiar with barristers may:

Contact the selected barrister by telephone, mail or email to ascertain their availability. If unavailable, the barrister may make alternative suggestions for your consideration.

The Western Australian Bar only contains the contact details of those barristers who are members of the WA Bar with current WA or Interstate practising certificates and who have agreed to their details being made available.

Accepts Direct Briefs from corporate counsel (government or private) without involvement of external solicitor
