Jennifer Solliss

Jennifer Solliss is a barrister with a wide ranging practice in both commercial disputes and criminal law. Jennifer was Associate to the Honourable Newnes JA of the Supreme Court (Court of Appeal) and subsequently spent several years working in the commercial litigation team at Minter Ellison. During this time, she advised on a range of commercial disputes involving contractual, corporate, real property and construction issues as well as enforcement and winding up proceedings. Jennifer acted for individuals, corporations and government entities. Jennifer has also worked as a criminal defence lawyer for Legal Aid in the remote Pilbara region of Western Australia. She acted for both adults and children in relation to State and Commonwealth offences. This role required regular contested advocacy work.
