Acts and appears usually in matters involving commercial or revenue disputes, especially disputes arising under or in connection with commercial contracts, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and or the Income Tax Assessment Acts 1936 / 1997 (Cth).
In addition, acts and appears regularly in matters involving professional negligence, insurance, equity, trusts, superannuation and administrative law.
