Terence Palmer
Prior to joining Francis Burt Chambers, Terry was a Special Counsel in the Perth office of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission where he was involved in a range of civil litigation undertaken by ASIC including litigation arising from several significant corporate collapses. Prior to joining ASIC, Terry was a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz, where he practiced commercial and insurance litigation (including medical negligence litigation).
Before joining Clayton Utz, Terry was employed as a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution division of Phillips Fox where he practiced general commercial litigation and banking and finance litigation.
