Matthew Howard SC

Matthew Howard has a commercial and public law practice, including some crime. He has been in litigation practice for more than 30 years, 8 of those before joining the Bar in 1996. He taught Equity and Trusts for a number of years and now lectures in Conflict of Laws at UWA where he is an Adjunct Professor. He is a past President of both the Australian Bar Association and the WA Bar Association. He is the Chair of the Legal Practice Board of WA.  He is the Chair of Law Access WA.  He is committed to providing access to justice through pro bono work.
