Jason Raftos

Jason practises primarily in the areas of employment, industrial, discrimination, superannuation, migration law, privacy and occupational health and safety.

He also accepts inheritance, family & de-facto, commercial and consumer briefs.

Prior to joining the bar, Jason was a solicitor for over 14 years in Perth, Melbourne and Canberra. This included with the Commonwealth Government and as a Senior Associate with Minter Ellison and Blake Dawson/Ashurst.
