Matthew Howard has a general commercial and public law practice. He practised at the Australian Securities Commission and was a senior associate at Parker & Parker before joining the Bar in 1996. He taught Equity and Trusts for a number of years and now lectures in Conflict of Laws at UWA where he is a Honorary Fellow.
