Barristers' Benevolent Association

The Barristers' Benevolent Association was established by the Western Australian Bar Association (WABA) in the early 1990's for the purpose of maintaining a fund from which financial assistance may be given, in deserving cases, to members or past members, and their families.

A proposal to restructure the Barristers' Benevolent Association is currently being considered by the WABA' s Bar Council.  Updated information will be placed on this page once Bar Council has concluded its review of the proposal.
